House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) told Rob Schmitt on Newsmax TV that the latest criminal conduct by the Biden Crime Family is bordering on treason, and President Joe Biden is compromised.

64 Day Fast - What Sustained You?
I'm on 2 weeks of 15 - 16 hour fasts with no coffee and very limited sugar. I drink hot Lemon water and a detox tea in the morning, then a green smoothie for lunch to break my fast. I snack on raw fruit, veggies and nuts like pumpkin seeds if necessary, then 1 meal at night before 7 and no eating afterwards! That’s the ticket folks! Now will I always eat this clean?? Doubt it but it’s a great reset! Feel great, sleeping great, skin looks better too. I can’t explain it other than I feel so much lighter. We are light beings. They lied to us about eating 3 meals a day go figure. I wasn’t running a marathon each day but found it to be quite easy. Anyone can absolutely do it. It takes discipline and focus, the real battle is you against you and no one cares what you consume and no one is coming to save you except you.
Your hunger pangs are all mental from your programming, you believe your hungry because the TV programs you to believe you are hungry with ads of junk food like pizza, burgers, tacos from garbage companies like PizzaHut, Swiss Chalet, Taco Bell,, Red Lobster, Harveys, Mcdonalds and Wendys - all garbage! You won’t die from your fast and your hunger pangs actually mean your body is cleaning up debris, drink some mineral water with lemon or lime and they go away. Most people fill their cake holes all day long out of boredom. Straight up I know all about it.
This also helps you to teach the children to do the same. If they integrate proper eating they w live a longer healthier life and develop a good relationship w nutritious food.
There is no prep. The best part is you won’t die. I guarantee it. The battle is you against you. Once you do it you feel a whole lot more strong and disciplined and proud of yourself. Easier not to do it. The key is to get to bed early, this is when your body heals. So if your in bed by 10 get up at 7 that's an 11 hour fast. If you eat breakfast you break your fast it’s the worst meal of the day. Your body spends all its energy to digest and people fill their cake holes all day long out of boredom and programming. So wait until 1 to have a healthy lunch - that’s an 18 hour fast well done!!! Challenge yourself to that drink hot lemon lime tea in the mornings. Very alkaline and refreshing.
