When you become uninterested in negative energy like gossip and shit talking about someone you become impervious. We need to share love and peace over any negative energy so you remain in the light and the Universe will reward you. What you put out you get back. If you want to change your life you need to set goals and envision you as the best person you can be.
So on that note, we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary the other day with a cruise on Lake of Bays and dinner and golf at Deerhurst Resort. Right after that lovely extravaganza, I decided to do a 3 day fast on nothing but mineral water, lemon water and detox teas. I'm on day 4!!! Can you believe it? It's actually very easy and I strongly recommend it for a reset, your body, organs and brain will thank you but most importantly you are giving your digestion a rest.
